About Dr. Nikki Smith
"Your journey into motherhood deserves more than just medical expertise—it deserves a guide who sees you, honors your story, and helps you reclaim joy in the process."
From Lab Coats to Lullabies
Dr. Nikki Lovell Smith PhD, MSN, LCCE, IBCLC, RN-MN didn’t start out holding newborns—she began her career peering through microscopes.
With a Bachelor’s in Medical Technology (Florida Atlantic University) and years as a clinical microbiologist, she mastered the science of health—but her heart longed for the human side of healing.

"I believe motherhood should be a time of radiant strength—not survival mode. But I also know it doesn’t always feel that way… because I’ve been there too."
That calling led her to earn a Nursing degree from Florida International University,
then spend 16 years as an RN at Memorial Regional Hospital, where she rotated through:

Yet, despite her Master’s in Holistic Nursing and certifications in childbirth education, lactation, and infant massage, she noticed a gap: Medicine often treated the body but forgot the soul of the mother.
The Birth of a New Approach
After her own postpartum struggles—battling breastfeeding pain, identity loss, and exhaustion—Nikki fused her clinical expertise with a revolutionary truth:
"Healing isn’t just about protocols—it’s about pleasure, movement, and reclaiming agency."
Now, with her Doctorate in Nursing Philosophy, Nikki pioneers a model of care that:
- Blends hospital-grade knowledge with holistic rituals (like therapeutic dance)
- Treats mothers as whole women—not just "patients" or "incubators"
- Empowers you to trust your body and your intuition
"In my years at the bedside, I learned: A mother’s emotional health isn’t separate from her baby’s wellbeing—it’s the root of it."
Every service Nikki provides—from lactation consults to postpartum recovery plans—is designed to:
Ready to experience motherhood support that nourishes all of you?
When Nikki's Not Coaching Moms, You’ll Find Her:

1. Sipping herbal tea (never hot, but always hopeful)

2. She loves to belly dance
(my favorite stress reliever)

3. Swimming and lounging by the pool (balance is everything)

4. Spending quality time with her sons (usually at the same time—no judgment)

5. Loves to shop online (of course it's amazon)
